If you have any questions about your data, write to us at mmari91@abv.bg or call 0877 420 277.
Only what you send us yourself through the enquiry form: your name, a phone number and/or an email address, the product category you are interested in, and the text of your message. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data from third parties.
So that we can answer your enquiry, prepare a mock-up and a price, and complete your order. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not send newsletters.
For as long as the enquiry and any resulting order require, and afterwards only where accounting law obliges us to. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so and confirm it to you.
With nobody outside the people needed to complete your order — the courier that delivers the parcel and, where an invoice is issued, our accountant. We do not sell or share data for advertising purposes.
The site uses only what is required for the pages to work correctly. We do not run advertising trackers or build profiles of visitors.
Under the GDPR you may ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to it being processed. Write to mmari91@abv.bg and we will respond within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and enquiries are kept with restricted access. We treat the details you send us as we would want our own treated.
If anything changes, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
